Frequently Asked Questions
What makes LASSO different from a call center?
Most call centers use automated menus, or talk to text prompts to route calls. At LASSO, we make a point to have live receptionists answer each and every call that comes in. All of our team is US-based and meticulously trained to help law firms. We also assign a small team of dedicated receptionists to answer your calls, so that they’re truly an extension of your firm. They will develop relationships with your clients, which makes service personable and more efficient.
What services do you provide to law firms?
We provide full time, part time, or as needed phone and chat services to law firms across the country. We cover after-hours and weekends as well so that your clients never hear just a recording.
Will we have to change our phone number?
No! We will provide you with a ten digit phone number that you will simply forward your current phone number to. No need to change your phone number!
We don’t want to have chat available on our website, can we just utilize the phone services?
Of course! Our service packages are based on the amount of total communication minutes you use a month. These minutes can be applied to both phone and chat, or just phone! If you decide you’d like to implement chat later on, you can do that! All you need to do is reach out to us, and we’ll set it all up for you!
